ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Address amendments: For your security, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If you are not in when the delivery is attempted, our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.
Import Duty: Prices on our website are shown as inclusive of UK VAT. We ship to all countries outside of the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties that may be charged on the purchase. Strathberry Limited cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty costs.
Late deliveries: We aim to deliver items within 8 days to international addresses. Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons; if you feel your package is late, the first step is to check the tracking code you received on your dispatch email. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. If your item has left our warehouse and you feel it's severely overdue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference number.
Customs: There may be specific demands made by Customs or your parcel may be held for checks, dependent on the country of export – unfortunately this is out of our control and we cannot be held accountable for delays.

You may exchange the item(s) purchased from Strathberry of Scotland’s online store within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of delivery. The article(s) must be in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging, along with all the accessories, to the following address:

Strathberry of Scotland’s freestanding stores do not offer exchanges on any product(s) acquired from Strathberry of Scotland’s online store – all online sales must be returned via courier.
If you would like to Return an item or items purchased from the Strathberry of Scotland online store, you may do so within fourteen (14) working days following the date of delivery. You will be refunded the amount paid for the ítem(s) within a maximum period of fourteen days (14) days of receiving and approving the Return.

We will refund the amount paid (excluding any delivery costs) to your credit card or PayPal account with which you made the payment. Only the original purchaser of the product(s) can request to make a return as the refund will be directly made to the card with which the payment was made.
Any product ordered from Strathberry of Scotland’s online store, which has been personalised, cannot be returned or refunded.

In the event an item bought online is deemed faulty, Strathberry of Scotland reserves the right to either repair, replace or refund the item at no additional cost to the customer within a period of 6 months after the date of purchase. Customers have a maximum period of 14 days to accept or dispute the solution proposed by Strathberry of Scotland (to repair, replace or refund the item) following the resolution date.
CARE AND REPAIR
Strathberry creates unique items using natural leather of the highest quality; therefore colour variations, marks or veins are all natural features that should not be considered blemishes.
To maintain and conserve your Strathberry item in its best condition, avoid prolonged and direct exposure to sources of light and heat. We recommend storing the product in its original packaging.
Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes or cosmetics. If your Strathberry item gets wet, remove any excess moisture without rubbing, dab with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature.
Due to treatment processes, our leathers may cause slight colour transfer through friction, especially in humid environments. Please, keep this in mind, particularly when wearing light colours.

INSURANCE AND DAMAGED GOODS
On receipt of your goods please check that the package is not damaged or tampered with in any way. If you do notice anything unusual about your order please notify us immediately by emailing email@example.com
All Strathberry goods remain the responsibility of Strathberry Limited until the order has been delivered to the delivery address, or picked up by the recipient, and payment received in full. Items are insured against theft and damage. Once the item has been delivered to the delivery address, or picked up by the recipient, and payment has been received in full, the goods are no longer under the ownership of Strathberry Ltd.
