Edinburgh, Monday 7th December 2020 –

It’s a special day in Edinburgh! The HRH Prince and Princess of Wales are set to arrive at Waverley Station for the first stop of their three-day Royal Train Tour of the UK. Looking wonderful as always, the Princess steps out of the train and we cannot help but spot the Strathberry bag in luxe faux croc in her hands. As the news reaches Strathberry HQ, the whole team is ecstatic and delighted that she chose to carry the brand-new Multrees Wallet in embossed croc (set to launch on this very day), while visiting the brand’s hometown of Edinburgh. It’s a very exciting Monday!

Understated and chic, the Multrees Wallet is a structured clutch style featuring Strathberry's signature and instantly recognisable bar closure. Named after Edinburgh’s most iconic luxury shopping destination, the design was created in celebration of the Scottish brand’s new flagship store on Multrees Walk, which opened its doors on Saturday 5th December 2020.

Leeanne Hundleby, Strathberry owner and co-founder says:

“It’s so thrilling to see Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales disembarking in our hometown with one of our brand-new Strathberry designs. We’re completely overjoyed and honoured that she chose to support a small, independent Scottish brand during her visit to Scotland. Her endorsement means the world to us, and she looks incredibly beautiful and sophisticated, as always.”
